60-Minute Class: Surya Kriya for Sun Energy/Inner Conflict Resolver Meditation (March 31, 2020)

This 60-minute class includes a 7-exercise kriya to bring in sun energy. This kriya is named after the energy of the sun called “Surya.” The notes for this kriya state:
“When you have a lot of sun energy, you do not get cold, you are energetic, expressive, extroverted and enthusiastic. It is the energy of purification. It holds the weight down. It aids digestion. It makes the mind clear, analytic and action-oriented. The exercises systematically stimulate the positive pranic force and the kundalini energy itself. This kriya builds the strength of your body and your ability to focus on many tasks.”

60-Minute Class: Kriya for Heart Connection/Meditation to Burn Inner Anger (April 6, 2020)

This 60-minute class includes a 7-exercise kriya for heart connection and a single exercise meditation to burn inner anger.  This set can be found in the book “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. 30-Minute Class: Kriya for Heart Connection/Meditation to Burn Inner Anger (April 6, 2020)

This 30-minute class includes a 7-exercise kriya for heart connection and a single exercise meditation to burn inner anger.  This set can be found in the book “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. This 60-minute class includes a 13-exercise kriya for spinal flexibility. In some cultures, age is measured by the flexibility of the spine so they say “to stay young, stay flexible.” This set offers exercises to stretch out and energize the back. This 60-minute class includes a 4-exercise Kriya for Balancing Prana and Apana from page 61 of “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. The class includes a 3-minute meditation/breath technique from page 65 of “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. This 60-minute class filmed on the Acropolis Roof Deck includes a 10-exercise Kriya for Vitality from “Waves of Healing” by Dr. Siri Atma Khalsa. The class includes a 3-minute meditation for harmonizing with the magnetic field of the Earth and to bring peace and joy. This 60-minute class includes a 3-exercise Kriya for Balancing Prana and Apana is from page 73 of “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. The class includes a 3-minute meditation/breath technique from page 77 of “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn Roulo. This class is particularly suitable for Enneagram Type 3 Achievers (though it can be practiced by anyone). Mixed, Meditative Set.  Watch the class here.
