How does it work?

Sign up below to receive an email each day in January. The email will contain two videos:  a yoga practice and a 3-minute meditation practice. Choose which ever video you have time for that day. The yoga practice video will range from 10-40 minutes. These videos are a mix of old and new classes published on my YouTube channel.
