The Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations below are mapped to specific Enneagram types based on the central issue each type needs to address in order to relax their habit of attention. This mapping was done by me based on my knowledge, training and personal experience.

The Enneagram is a complex system with many connections and interdependencies. You do not need to limit yourself to only the kriya and meditation for your central Enneagram type. Feel free to try any of the kriyas and meditations below.
