As an Enneagram Helper (2) married to a Leader (8), I found this book extremely helpful. Reading our 2:8 chapter together was one of the best exercises in finding a non personal way to talk about our differences. It stopped being about “you” doing that to “me” and became a discussion of how our habit of attention influences our behavior. Finally… I feel like we have a way to navigate our differences that doesn’t end in a fight or with tears. I also found all the personal stories fascinating.
