Q:  I have never done yoga. Can I come to your classes?

A: Yes, my classes are always “all-levels.”  We frequently have beginners and people who have never done any form of yoga. If you can breathe, you can participate in any of my Kundalini Yoga classes.

Q:  How do I learn my Enneagram type?

A:  I offer Enneagram typing interviews to help people discover their Enneagram type. You can learn more here.

Q: I have never done yoga and have never heard of the Enneagram. Can I come on one of your holidays?

Yes, everyone is welcome. We often have people unfamiliar with both systems come on my holidays, and they do just fine.  🙂
