First time you tried Kundalini Yoga (where/when/with whom)?: 17 years ago, in Athens I met a Greek young teacher, and he invited me to participate in a Kundalini Yoga class. After many years of Hatha Yoga this experience changed my life. It was an amazing experience for me! I practiced for 2 years, and then later, during a health problem, the practice of Kundalini Yoga supported me to restart and go on.

Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: Do your best, respect, be conscious.

Anything else you’d like us to know?: I am very happy to spend time in Paros, walking, breathing, swimming, teaching, meditating, admiring the changes of the nature through the year. After a long period away, I came back to Athens for a few months and even with the turbulence around me I feel joy rediscovering different areas of my city, feeling the energy, observing.
