Enneagram type : Type Three, Achiever
What do you love about Greece? I have not yet been to Athens or Greece yet, but I am very excited to be spending one night in Athens before joining the Paros retreat for the first time with my partner, Matt.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I have dual citizenship to the UK. Most people know I love to travel, but not everyone knows my family heritage is from England.
Where we are most likely to find you in Lynn’s Kundalini Yoga : In 1:1 Enneagram coaching and soon in Paros!
First time you tried Kundalini Yoga ? Newbie! I’ve done plenty of yoga, but Lynn’s videos are my first exposure to Kundalini Yoga.
Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: One I’ve been keeping focus on lately is reducing first-hand consumption of goods. We need to produce less and ensure things that don’t still have life in them don’t end up in the landfills. Replace disposable things with reusable things that will last a lifetime. There are great Facebook groups, like local “Buy Nothing” communities where you can give away and ask for items you’re looking for. I ask in my local groups when I need something, and I’m often surprised at the specificity of items people have around to share! Then, go on a walk or bike ride to pick it up. Good for the planet, your wallet, and vitality. 🙂 If you can’t get it for free, buying used on ebay/Facebook/CraigsList is still better than buying new.
Anything else you’d like us to know?: I have two dogs, Luna and Roxie, who are 20-pound Australian Cattle Dog mixes. They are high energy herding dogs, “go-go-go” & structured energy, and I do dog sports with them, like Agility. Fitting for an Enneagram Three? The only place I’m on social media is on Instagram on “their” account @cattledog.sisters. As a self-preservation Enneagram Three, I’m the countertype Three variety that doesn’t like to be in the spotlight and only being on social via the dogs is the way I participate but keep the veil over my personal life.
