What do you love about Greece? I first was in Athens at 23 years old when our plane was diverted, and we got 2 hotel nights for free. I went straight to the Acropolis and then spent the afternoon in the Plaka eating and drinking red wine, recovering from the magic of being at the Acropolis. After that experience, I have tried to spend a few days in Greece whenever I can. I tell everyone that Athens is one of my favorite cities! I love the ancient energy, the food, and the people! I love eating out late and spending 4 hours at the table.  🙂

Tell us something most people don’t know about you: In my job as a nurse, I have delivered 13 babies, and I feel blessed about that!

Where we are most likely to find you in Lynn’s Kundalini Yoga: If I was in Athens you would find me at night yoga! As I am in California, you can find me on the Enneagram panels and soon, in a Mastermind group.  🙂

First time you tried Kundalini Yoga? In San Francisco at a Kundalini Yoga Center.

Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: Look at your own life and what you can do…

Anything else you’d like us to know? I look forward to doing Lynn’s mastermind course in 2022!
