From: I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Occupation: Helping women reclaim their lives is my passion and is the reason why I started my coaching business three years ago. I am able to use my 20+ years of leading, mentoring, and counseling experience while incorporating the Enneagram.

Tell us your first three jobs (ever!): My first job was babysitting, which I disliked other than eating their snacks. When I turned 14, I worked at a fast food restaurant. Then at 15 years old, I worked at the Gap.

Zodiac sign: Pisces

Enneagram type: Type 3, Achiever with a Type 4 wing, Intimate subtype.

What do you love about Greece? Greece’s beautiful landscape is breathtaking. It’s on my top 3 places to visit. And while Greek food is not my favorite, I enjoy eating healthy with a Mediterranean diet.

Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I almost didn’t graduate high school due to a low GPA. But I improved, and by the time I graduated nursing school, I was the President of my class as well as the Ambassador of the college.

Where we are most likely to find you in Lynn’s Kundalini Yoga? : Being a Type 3 panelist for the online Enneagram series! I enjoyed being a part of the Type 3 Enneagram Panel, and I look forward to becoming more involved in this community.

First time you tried Kundalini Yoga? I haven’t yet, but I’m thankful for online videos that can let me experiment with different yoga styles in the privacy of my own home. Kundalini Yoga is a bit out of my comfort zone but I’m always up for a challenge.

Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: I have recently changed to a more plant-based, whole food way of eating. I feel better and know it is also healthy for the planet.

Anything else you’d like us to know? I feel like my life is just getting started. After raising four daughters, I am now pursuing my dreams and goals. I started my own business and have become a published author at the age of 50. My husband, Aaron (yes, we have the same name) and I are celebrating 30 years of marriage this year. We enjoy discovering common interests and spoiling our 3 year old granddaughter.
