Lives in: I’m French and live very close to Paris. It takes me just 30 minutes to go to the exact center of Paris by train from my home. To me, being on the outskirts of Paris provides the best of both worlds: the quiet and relaxation of the suburbs and access to the multicultural space that is Paris.
From: I was born in a small city next to Paris, and I’ve lived there all my life–went to school, university and worked in the Paris area up to now.
Occupation: I work for a software company developing new features for the SaaS solution, meaning that I think about the future innovative capabilities we could implement for our clients. It’s fun to be ahead of the game based on customer’s feedback.
Tell us your first three jobs (ever!): I’ve always worked in the software industry, with multiple experiences: development, project management, presales and product marketing.
Zodiac sign: Scorpio
Enneagram type: Type 9, Peacemaker
What do you love about Greece? I love the great sandy beaches and the kindness of Greek people. But I think that what I like the most overall is to be able to have dinner outside until late summer. You might be working but always feel like you’re on vacation.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I wanted to become a cook when I was younger, but computers showed up, and my path was defined by it.
Where we are most likely to find you in this community: In Paros as part of the annual retreat! You’ll find me at every yoga class morning and evening, on the beach relaxing in the afternoon if I’m not kayaking or windsurfing
First time you tried Kundalini Yoga? I tried Kundalini Yoga three years ago in Paros with Lynn and that was a great experience.
Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: Pay attention to the containers you use everyday. It’s possible to replace disposable containers (i.e. plastic) by sustainable ones (glassware that you can easily wash).
Anything else you’d like us to know? Inspired by last year’s Paros retreat, I was inspired by the Kundalini Yoga and created some designs that are now available as t-shirts and leggings. You can see them here. 🙂
