Gift Guide

If you are looking for a meaningful and unique gift or stocking stuffer for someone special, we have a list for you!  Here are some things that will benefit long after the holidays are over…

Books

“Meditation as Medicine” by Dharma Singh Khalsa. I love this book and used to give it out at my Kudanlini Yoga classes. Dharma Singh Khalsa is a medical doctor and a Kundalini Yogi. He weaves his experience together with scientific support for the practice of Kundalini Yoga. The stories of his patients are particularly interesting.

“The Complete Enneagram: 27 Paths to Greater Self-Knowledge” by Beatrice Chestnut. If you are interested in the topic of subtypes within the Enneagram, this is your book. Beatrice does an amazing job of going through the 27 subtypes in great detail.

“Understanding the Enneagram: A Practical Guide to Personality Types” by Don Riso and Russ Hudson. This is a great overview, reference book and resource for understanding the Enneagram.  This book helped me a lot when I was just learning about the system.

“The Nine Keys: A Guide Book To Unlock Your Relationship Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn. I wrote this book for anyone who is interested in the Enneagram in the context of intimate relationships. The book walks through all 45 Enneagram type combinations with personal stories from all 81 perspectives. It then weaves in Kundalini Yoga to offer practical solutions to many interpersonal challenges.

“Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” by Lynn. I wrote this book an introduction to both systems. It is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their life and understand other people better.

Or if you are looking for some fiction book ideas, here are some books I’ve read and loved…

Beauty/Wellness

Silk Pillowcases
I’m crazy about silk pillowcases, and I bet lots of people in your life might be too. They are great for your hair, great for your skin and they feel soooo nice. I like this brand because they are cotton on one side and silk on the other so they don’t slip off the bed as much. Nice!

Britta Water Bottles
I carry my Britta water bottle everywhere. It is good for you, since it will help you drink more water and good for the environment since you’ll stop using plastic bottles. The built in filter is awesome and if you get the two pack, you have one for the office and one for home. So nice!

Spiralizer
If you are going gluten-free, low carb or just trying to eat healthier, the spiralizer makes vegetables into pasta.  This is how you can make zucchini pasta with very little effort. It’s fun to experiment with the different shapes and this device opens up a whole new world..  🙂

Experiences

Personally, my favorite gifts are always experiences. I really appreciate it when someone gifts me something new to try, especially if it is something I would have never thought of for myself.

An Interactive Enneagram Typing Interview
These dynamic interviews are conducted via Skype/Zoom or in-person if you live in the Athens, Greece area. They take 60-90 minutes and are designed to help you uncover your Enneagram personality type. People report that the interviews are thought-provoking and fun at the same time.  A recording of your sessions can be made at no extra cost. You can give this as a gift by setting up an interview appointment or just giving a gift certificate and letting your recipient make the appointment themselves. Learn more!

Private Online Yoga Lesson
Gift someone a private, online yoga lesson.  These lessons are tailored to address specific issues (anxiety, depression, spinal flexibility, etc.). Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and include a link to a recording of the session. Message me to learn more at lynn@lynnroulo.com.
