The Blue Pill: Clear Thinking

Clear Thinking: Go from Confusion to Clarity
This prescription includes three options: a 50-minute class,  a 20-minute class and an 8-minute class designed to restore and develop clear thinking.

 

For extreme confusion: The 50-minute class features a 6-exercise basic breath series to invoke calmness and expansion, a 7-exercise kriya for relaxation, a deep relaxation and a meditation to move beyond stress and duality.
For moderate confusion: The 20-minute class features a 6-exercise basic breath series to invoke calmness and expansion, a deep relaxation and a meditation to move beyond stress and duality.
For mild confusion: The 8-minute class features a meditation to move beyond stress and duality.

 

  • Suggested usage:  Do these classes daily for 7-40 consecutive days as needed.  For times of high stress and uncertainty, 40 days of the 50-minute class is recommended.

The Pink Pill: Fertility

This prescription includes a 50-minute class designed for anyone who is trying to get pregnant. The class features an 8-exercise kriya for fertility, a deep relaxation and a meditation to clear the energy of the lower chakras.
  • Suggested usage:  Do this class daily for 40 consecutive days.

The Green Pill: Stress Relief

 

This prescription includes a 5-minute and a 3-minute meditation to relieve stress.
Try the 5-minute meditation when you are feeling very overwhelmed. Use the 3-minute meditation when you feel stress coming on.
