Where: The Olympus Riding Club, Topoliani area in Litochoro. To find us easily, search for the Litochoro Lykeio (high school) in your GPS first. From the Lykeio, enter the Olympus Horse Riding Center. From the high school, the route is straightforward.
Who: Everyone. These are all-levels classes designed for absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike. If you can breathe, you can do this class.
What to expect: Gentle spinal exercises, breathwork, and movement based on Kundalini Yoga, designed to strengthen your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and clear. We provide the mats.
