My Regime

I take a daily vitamin powder supplement that contains the ingredients below. This vitamin powder is formulated by my Functional Medicine doctor based on the blood tests I do each year.  I also take a daily probiotic, a krill oil Omega-3 supplement, and since Covid, I’ve been taking 2,000-4,000 IU of extra vitamin D daily.
