Raw Chocolate Fudge!


1 ripe avocado

6 tablespoons of unsweetened cacao powder

2-3 tablespoons of Stevia

Mix in a blender, scoop into cups, refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy! Serves 2.  This is a healthy and delicious treat.   🙂


If you want to make the chocolate flavor less intense, cut back on the cacao. If you want to make it more like a mousse, add almond or coconut milk.
