The Nine Keys

“The Nine Keys: A Guide Book to Unlock Your Relationships Using Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram” looks at relationships through the lens of the Enneagram System of Psychology and offers practical, actionable “keys” to improve your relationships. The book then goes a step further, weaving in the technology of Kundalini Yoga to address the somatic elements to foster compassion, lower anxiety, burn out anger and develop self acceptance. Drawing on over 1,500 years of relationship experience from over 100 couples, the descriptions and testimonials are instructive, uplifting, cautionary, and sometimes scary and humorous – all real, all good.

This is the follow on book to my first book “Headstart for Happiness: A Guide Book Combining Kundalini Yoga and the Enneagram.”  My first book offers a basic introduction to the Enneagram System of Personality and the technology of Kundalini Yoga. My new book takes it a step further, applying this wisdom to intimate relationships
