What do you love about Greece? Living in Athens for the last 9 years, I truly feel like this has become my second home. There are so many spots to explore, things to do, Athens must be the city that never sleeps! From archaeological sites to traditional food, theatre, art expositions, concerts, outdoor activities and much more. I also like the fact that it’s quite safe to walk on the streets at night (aside from some specific areas) and of course, the weather! The islands are also something else, with one of a kind beaches and each of the islands, with its own charm. Last but not least, the Greek people are quite friendly and will always offer you a hand, if you ask them for directions!

Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I used to do martial arts when I was little; a Korean karate-based martial art named Tang Soo Do. I almost made it to black belt!

Where we are most likely to find you in Lynn’s Kundalini Yoga? You may definitely see me in Lynn’s night yoga classes that I have become fond of 🙂 And at the Ikaria Surf holiday.  🙂

The first time you tried Kundalini Yoga: On the Acropolis Roof Deck around the beginning of Jul, with Lynn!

Tell us your top tip to combat climate change: Focus on your actions as an individual (save energy, reduce, reuse, recycle). If everyone does their part, it will help the whole.

Anything else you’d like us to know?: I am really happy to have met Lynn, to have tried Kundalini Yoga and am excited to learn more about the journey to self-awareness.
