Lives in: Petralona, Athens



From: I was born and raised in Maputo, Mozambique. I moved to Greece to study when I was 18, then life came along and my endless love affair with Greece only grew.  I’m “closing”, as the Greeks say, 9 years in Greece in September! This is my second home 🙂


Occupation: I initially studied nutrition, but as things don’t always go as planned I had to go with something else when I finished my studies. For the last four years, I’ve worked as an English and Portuguese Copywriter at a mobile marketing company. I also run a small pet sitting business “Cristina – Pet Sitter” and take care of pets with my sister, when someone is away! I’ve had this business for six years. Summers are super busy for us, as you can imagine!


Tell us your first three jobs (ever!): 1. Singing in the church choir at weddings and baptisms, also funerals.
2. Dancing in a ballroom dance group at weddings 3) Waitressing at a restaurant/bar, petsitting and now the copywriting job, that’s pretty much it!


Zodiac sign?: Cancer


Enneagram type: I am either a Type 5 Investigator or a Type 9 Peacemaker…


What do you love about Greece? Athens is a beautiful lively city! I love just walking around in the city center through Acropolis all the way to Thisio. I love the culture, the history, the people and their kindness!  I also love the countless, majestic Greek islands.


Tell us something most people don’t know about you: I have a thing for rooftops, absolutely love them! There is something so chill about them. Coming to do yoga on the Acropolis Roof Deck is bliss to me. 🙂


Where we are most likely to find you in Lynn’s Kundalini Yoga: You will find me at the Night Yoga classes or at the Ikaria Surf holiday!
