Tony Manhart

Name: Tony Manhart

Lives in: Woodbridge, Virginia (United States)

From: My background is colorful. I was born in Singapore, but my family moved to America and my younger sister was born there. I had my nursery, primary and secondary school years in San Francisco, California.

Job: I am a founder and editor-in-chief at Gardening Dream. I am interested in things related to growing plants, and I spend a lot of my time writing tips and tricks on a variety of subjects related to plant cultivation and soil maintenance. I have always been passionate about gardening, and my father was a landscaper–so he inspired me a lot! Gardeningdream.com strives to help every gardener, beginner to expert, to improve.  But don’t take my word for it–come visit the site!

Tell us your first three jobs (ever!): My first job was dog walking, my second job was a fast-food job. This company, the Burger Factor, was great to work for—still haven’t found a burger or fried apple pie as good as theirs. And then I moved into gardening and guest blogging.
