The information below is offered to make these sessions as clear and simple as possible.
These are online (remote) yoga sessions offered to anyone anywhere in the world. Classes are live from 16:15-17:15 every Tuesday in Athens, Greece. Check the time in your location here.
The classes are video-streamed through the Zoom platform. This is a free software platform that can accommodate hundreds of remote viewers. If you have not used Zoom before, please download and test it at least one hour before your first class. The software is simple to download and use.
The audience (you) is muted during the session so you don’t need to be concerned about any noise you make during the session. No one can hear you. If you have any questions during or after the class, I hold “office hours” where you can message me, and we’ll set up a time to go over any issues or questions you have. To set up an “office visit”, email me at email@example.com.
The session is recorded and a link to the recording will be sent to everyone who has registered within 24 hours of the class. The link is good for 7 days. You are welcome to download it or stream it. After 7 days, the link will be deleted so make sure to do the class within 7 days of the recording.
Classes are all-levels Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a form of yoga that can be practiced by anyone. Learn more about Kundalini Yoga.
1) If there is ever an exercise that physically doesn’t work for your body for any reason, back up to the breath, start with the breathwork and do whatever your body comfortably allows while visualizing yourself doing the full exercise.
2) The Kundalini Yoga class format is generally:
Kriya (a set of physical exercises designed for a specific effect)
Deep Relaxation (3-11 minutes)

3) The yoga practice is always under your control. The idea is to gradually gain strength and flexibility but to stay within your own boundaries of what your body can do. Don’t push yourself to the point where you injure yourself. For challenging exercises, I will generally offer modifications but you are asked to tune into your own body.
If payment is due for your class, please be sure to make payment at least one day before the date of the class. For classes in which payment is due, the video link is only sent after the payment has been made. You can pay one of two ways:
